She brings over 8 years of infrastructure mergers, acquisitions, and financing transaction experience with sector expertise in transportation, utilities, and social infrastructure sectors. Recent experience includes serving as Financial Advisor to Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec on the Fund’s investment platform formation with DP World, and the concurrent acquisition of 45% interest in DP World’s Center and Fairview Container Terminals, Axium Infrastructure’s acquisition of Montreal Gateway Terminals, and InstarAGF on the fund’s successful bid for the Billy Bishop (Toronto City) Airport. |
